Job Description:
• Provide online and in person support to the users having difficulties.
• Assess the problems faced by users and compile a report of issues.
• Consult technical bulletins, manuals and related documents to investigate and provide viable options.
• Reproduce, Investigate and solve the technical issues of the end users.
• Educate and train users to handle future problems more efficiently.
• Provide technical system support for both software and hardware problems faced by the users.
• Provide feedback to enhance system upgradation.
• Compile, report and maintain technical log for the problems and provided solutions to help support system changes for better user experience.
