Job Duties:

• Prepare bread, muffins, cookies, and other baked products.
• Decorate baked goods with frostings and other toppings.
• Schedule and supervise back-of-house staff.
• Oversee back-of-house operations.
• Follows Tim Horton's standards and guidelines when preparing products.
• Completes all logs as per standards.
• Monitors fridge/ freezer product inventory and submits order quantities.
• Supports a clean environment through regular clean up
• May hire and train baking staff.
