Assistant Executive Housekeeper
Job detail
- Establish and implement daily work load of housekeeping department
- Coach and monitor the activities of housekeeping staff
- Provide training, counseling and performance reviews for the housekeeping department
- Ensure proper supplies and maintain inventory
- Provide staffing, training and supervise housekeeping staff
- Develop relationships and communicate effectively with all departments especially with the Housekeeping Department, Laundry, Warehouse and Property Managers
- Ensures adherence to the quality standards by inspecting rooms, including deep cleaning
