Establish and implement daily work load of housekeeping department
Coach and monitor the activities of housekeeping staff
Provide training, counseling and performance reviews for the housekeeping department
Ensure proper supplies and maintain inventory
Provide staffing, training and supervise housekeeping staff
Develop relationships and communicate effectively with all departments especially with the Housekeeping Department, Laundry, Warehouse and Property Managers
Ensures adherence to the quality standards by inspecting rooms, including deep cleaning
