Larush Business Solutions Inc is looking for an Administrative Assistant. Please refer to the job description below:

Wages: $24.00 Hourly

Job Type: Full-time, permanent (at-least 37.5 hours per week)

Language: English

Experience: At-least 1 year of relevant work experience is required.

Job Description:

  •  Schedule and confirm appointments 
  • Answer telephone calls, mail and email 
  • Answer electronic enquiries 
  • Order and maintain office supplies 
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents 
  • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information 
  • Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems 
  • Arrange travel schedules and make reservations 
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the person who can help 
  • Book meetings and conference rooms 
  • Set up office procedures and improvements 
  • Update administrative policies and procedures manuals 
  • Prepare agendas and record minutes of meetings 
  • Manage action items from meetings
