Job Description:
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone calls, mail and email
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
- Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems
- Arrange travel schedules and make reservations
- Greet visitors and direct them to the person who can help
- Book meetings and conference rooms
- Set up office procedures and improvements
- Update administrative policies and procedures manuals
- Prepare agendas and record minutes of meetings
- Manage action items from meetings
