Civil Engineering Technologist

We require the services of a Civil engineering technologist to help develop designs and more.

Job description and qualifications

• Develop conventional and computer-assisted design (CAD) engineering designs and drawings from preliminary concepts and sketches
• Prepare construction specifications, cost and material estimates, project schedules and reports
• Assist in developing engineering specifications and drawings, Participate in field surveys, inspections or technical investigations
• Be familiar with CAE - computer-aided engineering, MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Access, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Word
• Must show judgement, initiative, effective interpersonal skills, organization, and be a team player
• Have a valid driver's licence
• Have a relevant college/university certificate
• Have 1 to 2 years experience in the relevant field
