Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook individual all sweet dishes like Laddoo, Barfi, Rasgulla, Gulabjamun etc.
• Plan menus, ensure the quality of sweets dished and determine the size of dish proportions.
• Estimate sweets requirement and cost.
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of sweets.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Work with minimal supervision
• Cleaning work area.
• Able to make large quantity sweets for catering.
• May specialize in preparing and cooking ethnic cuisine or special dishes
• Manage kitchen operations
