Recruitment Specialist

Identify current and prospective clinical trial recruitment requirements

Review inclusion exclusion criteria for different clinical trials

Develop clinical trail specific recruitment campaign strategies

prepare and post notices and advertisements on differnt channels including tradiiontal media and digital social media platforms

Screen and recuit applicants including getting the participants to sign the Informed Consent Form (ICF)

Advise appliants on clinical traial requiements and connect them to the clinical trials investigator site

Maintain and review participant database and contact potential participants to arrange screening interviews

Liaise with Principal Investigators from Clinical Trial sites

Prefer applicants with MBA specializing in HR and Marketing and Bachelors degree in Computer Science Applications and Certification in Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and training in ditigal marketing and Research Ethics

Minimum of six months experience in talent acquisition/recruitment

30 hours per week for minimum of 1 year contract
