Early Childhood Educator Assistant

Position Summary:

'Ccaa' Infant and Toddler Child Care Centre is looking for 2 Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Assistants to join its team.

Job Details:

Location: Vancouver, BC V5R 4E9
Salary: $20.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours Per Week
Employment Type: Permanent employment, Full time
Employment Condition: Day, evening, morning
Requirement: Starts as soon as possible

Job Requirements:

Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Experience an asset
Responsibilities:
Tasks

• Bathe, diaper and feed infants and toddlers
  
• Storytelling
• Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emoptional and social development of children
• Assist early childhood educators or supervisors in keeping records
• Engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs and preparing crafts
• Guide and assist children in the development of proper eating, dressing and toilet habits
• Attend staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children

Credentials:
Certifiactes, licenses, memberships, and courses: Child development assistant (ECE level 1)
